About the Role

Join Council’s Transports and Stormwater Network Team to assist in the planning, programming and undertaking of civil construction maintenance activities across a variety of Council’s assets.

To be successful in this position you will hold a degree in Civil Engineering complimented by recent experience in a similar role. You will demonstrate strong project management and communication skills with sensitivity to managing community expectations. Strong computer skills, a class C driver’s licence and White Card are also required.

Working knowledge of planning and delivering minor civil works particular to Local Government is desirable, along with an understanding of Continuous Improvement Programs and Quality Management Processes.

 

Remuneration

This is a full time permanent role, with remuneration in the range of $93,364-$105,071 pa including allowances (depending on skills and experience) for a 35 hour week with access to Council’s Flexible Working Hours policy, plus 9.5% superannuation. A vehicle option will also be negotiated with the successful candidate.
