Business Improvement Officer

This role facilitates and supports business improvement initiatives across the organisation to ensure Council have effective, integrated systems and processes while enabling a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be hold a relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience related to business improvement and utilisation of business improvement tools. Your strong skills in communication, relationship building, negotiation and problem solving are also essential to this role.
Experience in Local Government and exposure to relevant business methodologies is desirable.
This is a permanent full time role, with remuneration in the range of $80,247-$90,321 per annun (depending on skills and experience) for a 35 hour week. 9.5% superannuation is also payable.
